Clwyd West Assembly Member Darren Millar has commended owners of a Towyn holiday park following a 1.8m investment programme at the site.
Darren visited Golden Gate Holiday Centre on Monday to meet with the directors, Jonathan and Oliver Seldon, and see the improvements which have been made to the site as a result of the investment.
The improvements include a refurbished club house, a new indoor child play centre, restaurant facilities, an ice cream parlour and a new sales centre.
A swimming pool is also under construction and a climbing wall is planned.
“Golden Gate has always been a great asset to the local area, attracting hundreds of tourists to Towyn each year, and with these fantastic new facilities they are sure to attract substantially more holidaymakers in the future.
“I wish to congratulate Jonathan and Oliver on their hard work and wish them all the very best for the future.”
